Sheelah Tolton is a painter and illustrator currently living in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada.

She finds inspiration for her paintings in the play of light, shadow, colour and shape found in nature and every-day environments. She has previously used her artwork to record her travels while working and studying throughout Canada, Italy, New Zealand, Australia and the USA.  She often works en plein air, directly from observation on location in acrylics and ink.
